- Monthly Pet Rent - $30/Pet
- Pet Deposit - $300/Pet
- Non-Refundable Pet Fee - $300/Pet
- No Weight Restrictions
- Breed Restrictions* - The Following Dog Breeds (or Any Mix Thereof) Are Not Permitted: Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Chow Chows, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Great Danes, Huskies, Pit Bulls (American Staffordshire Terriers & Staffordshire Bull Terriers), Rottweilers, St. Bernards, Wolf Hybrids, and Bull Mastiffs
*All pets, regardless of breed or exemption status, are required to be registered through OurPetPolicy.
